VAWA Packages
We assist attorneys with VAWA self-petition packages from A-Z, including drafting detailed legal briefs, organizing supporting documentation, and presenting strong, evidence-based cases. Each submission is carefully prepared to highlight the client’s eligibility and ensure a complete, well-structured filing.

Work Authorization
Form I-765
We prepare and file employment authorization applications (Form I-765) and EAD renewals for your clients. While we handle traditional paper filings when needed, we primarily submit applications online for a faster, more efficient process and quicker responses from USCIS.

Legal Research
We conduct all legal research using trusted, authoritative sources, and we invest in expensive professional subscriptions such as LexisNexis, along with Ira Kurzban’s Immigration Law Sourcebook and AILA resources. We do not rely on AI for legal citations, as it can generate inaccurate or fabricated case law—an issue that has led to serious professional consequences for many attorneys. Our work is grounded in verifiable and reliable authority to ensure accuracy and credibility in every submission.
